March 14th 2020 a handful of musicians and a gloriously modest gaggle of listeners gathered in sanctuary at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Minneapolis to fill the space from pews to vaulted ceiling, from organ to balcony, from evening-tinged stained glass to candlelit luminaries with song.

It feels like the state of the world has changed so much since then. As if that night we stood on a precipice and now are in the silence between skipped-heartbeats as we fall. We need art even more poignantly in the uncertainty and swirling confusion.

Many people made the wise choice to stay home that evening. Thank you. For you, and for everyone, this is a live recording of the music that myself and the eight other Lady's Slippers made that night. It's a sliver of a sparkling and gorgeous moment. I hope you enjoy.
