These are songs for dreaming a new world. A better world. They are about planting gardens though the forests and the cities may burn. They are about building homes for everyone though the sea may rise and reclaim the land they stand on. They are about bringing laughter and joy to the lives of children though they may know a future bleaker than we can envision.

These are songs about creating resilient beauty and holding one another through collapse. This is what it means to be a human in this broken world, and when all else falls away I believe it will endure.

May these songs be a balm and a torch for you as they have for me.
